• Kaivin Jayani, PharmD

  Kaivin Jayani is the Director of Clinical Operations and founder of Penovar Research Solutions. Kaivin holds a PharmD from Thomas Jefferson University College of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA and a BS in Microbiology from University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Born and raised in California, Kaivin has always had a passion for science, learning, and patient care. He started his pharmacy career working at an independent pharmacy in New Jersey, where he was able to provide individualized care to all of his patients and continues to find new innovative therapies. In creating Penovar Research Solutions, Kaivin wants to provide patients with access to emerging therapies.

• Nisha Jayani, MD

  Dr. Nisha Jayani is our dedicated investigator, a board-certified endocrinologist and Lifestyle Medicine expert with over 15 years of experience in patient care. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health through a holistic, patient-centered approach. Specializing in complex endocrine disorders such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, and hormonal imbalances, Dr. Jayani combines her clinical knowledge with a deep commitment to preventive care and overall well-being.

• Kathy Wilson, MD

  Dr. Kathy Wilson is our experienced investigator, a board-certified OB/GYN physician with extensive clinical and research expertise. She is passionate about women's health, with a special interest in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. Specializing in both high-risk and routine obstetric and gynecological care, Dr. Wilson combines her research background with comprehensive clinical skills to deliver compassionate, quality healthcare. Her multilingual abilities—fluent in English, Spanish, French, and proficient in Italian—allow her to serve diverse patient populations, while her experience as Medical Director demonstrates her leadership in improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved communities.

• Francis Obi, DO

  Dr. Francis Obi is our distinguished investigator, a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience spanning two continents. He combines his osteopathic training with traditional medical expertise, offering patients comprehensive care through the continuum of hospital settings. Specializing in hospital medicine and pain management, Dr. Obi approaches patient care with exceptional interpersonal skills and team collaboration. His diverse background includes military medical service, academic teaching, and clinical research, reflecting his commitment to advancing medical knowledge through his work on innovative treatment approaches and quality improvement initiatives.
